Y40 - PADUA
Let the water lull you deep inside to give you new energy, with a heart and body that become lighter. We will be hosted in Hotel Millepini in Padua, we will practice in a splendid Shala Yoga surrounded by spacious windows, caressed by the splendid lights of dawn. The costs are to be considered per person and include 5 Yoga practices, 3 freediving lessons, of which two admissions to Y40 with a private instructor who will guide us in the water tests and one of apnea theory and the underwater world. This weekend is suitable for everyone, even for those who have never practiced yoga or freediving and will be the right choice to listen to your heart and understand your limits.
Details:
The retreat starts on Friday February 26th at 6:30 pm and ends on Sunday February 28th at 10:30 am. This Retreat has been designed to confront you with yourself, whether you are already a Yoga practitioner or not. If you have never done freediving, don't worry! This will be the right excuse to try something new. Yoga practices will be: Meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Vinyasa (dynamic Yoga). If you are traveling in company, it is possible to have the partner access the cost of the freediving workshop only and access the reduced price of the Retreat if at least one of the two people in the couple practices Yoga, just communicate it at the time of payment.
What does it includes:
The following costs are per person and include the reduced price of the Retreat: 5 Yoga practices, 3 Freediving lessons including 2 admissions to Y40 and a theory lesson, 2 nights, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners.
